The MINI P320 Cereal Bar lamination line automates the production of cereal bars, energy bars, and protein bars at a rate of up to 60 bars per minute.
This is a miniature version of a larger automated production line for bars less than 4 meters in length and can also be installed in R&D labs.
The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and features the following:
304 stainless steel feed hopper
Three adjustable pressing rollers
Longitudinal cutting unit with circular blades
Ultrasonic transverse cutting unit
Bar separation belt at the output
HMI control panel for cycle management, recipe storage, and optional remote connection.
The small P330 cereal energy bar lamination machine with bar separating belt can be direclty connect to the small chocolate enrober and cooling tunnel to make the cereal bar with chocolate covering and all the process can be automatic,no need separte the bar manually before it go into the chocolate coating line,which can save the much labor and cost.
